ESSENTRICS® IS A DYNAMIC, SCIENTIFICALLY DESIGNED, FULL-BODY WORKOUT THAT SIMULTANEOUSLY COMBINES STRETCHING AND STRENGTHENING WHILE systematically working through ALL 650 MUSCLES and 360 joints TO REBALANCE THE ENTIRE BODY.

This strengthening, mobility & flexibility program uses weight-free eccentric training - a method proven to strengthen muscles faster than concentric training - to work through the natural muscle chains in every direction of the body, and liberate your fascia, empower your muscles, relieve tension, increase flexibility, agility and mobility for a healthy, toned, strong, and pain-free body.

The techniques used in Essentrics come from a variety of sources – physiotherapy, physiology, kinesiology, ballet, tai chi and dance - all intelligently combined to craft this unique full-body rebalancing program that trains the muscles to be as flexible as they are strong. It’s a fantastic method that’s ahead-of-it’s-time, and uses a combination of positional techniques, joint movement techniques, and neuromuscular techniques to target small and large muscles, as well as connective tissues and nerves to liberate and lubricate joints, reduce scar tissue, while strengthening your entire musculature, correcting posture, and increasing flexibility and mobility from head to toe.
