6-WEEKS A YOUNGER, MOBILE & HEALTHY BODY
Aging is inevitable – premature aging, in most cases, is not. When we think of aging, we envision wrinkles, weight gain, poor posture, loss of energy, slower movements, osteoporosis, aches and pains, hip and knee replacements, and general overall stiffness. Most of these issues can be addressed, to some degree, with the right kind of exercise.
Muscle mass, along with muscle power, begins to dwindle at age 35, being reduced by a staggering 25% per year by the age of 65. Along with muscle mass and power, we lose precious fuel burning mitochondria. Losing mitochondria causes two things to happen: we have less energy, and we have more trouble controlling our weight. We also start to feel stiffer, have chronic aches and pains, and less mobility; we may need hip and knee replacements and suffer from immune related illnesses.
Although it’s especially urgent to exercise throughout your golden years, exercising is indispensable for all ages! This 6-week program is designed to strengthen all 650 muscles in your body, mobilize all 360 joints, and help you feel strong and vibrant - no matter what your age!

PROGRAM DETAILS
We will begin with a 60-minute introductory session where I will take you through a 30-minute in-person essentrics workout to get to know your body, and then ask you some questions for another 30 minutes to understand your past/current injuries, movement & health challenges, and overall goals for optimizing your body and aging process.
I will then craft a 6-week customized essentrics program, completely tailored to your body, where we will meet once, twice, or three times per week over a series of six consecutive weeks (class frequency will depend on what I feel best suits your objectives).
Our class sessions will each be 60 minutes in length, and will be held either virtually, or in-person at your home/gym/nearest outdoor space (I encourage being in nature as much as possible!) in Toronto or the GTA.
As you know, life requires our committment to proper action in order to reap the best rewards! It takes years of wear and tear to stiffen our bodies, so the only way to begin to reverse/slow down signs of aging and honour our health & vitality is to commit to a program designed to do just that!

PRICING:
A $120 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your 60-minute introductory session, which will then be applied towards your full program fee once we determine which program option will serve you and your needs best:
6-Weeks @ One Session Per Week
($660 tax incl.)
6-Weeks @ Two Sessions Per Week
($1200 tax incl.)
6-Weeks @ Three Sessions Per Week
