You may not know this, but Essentrics has been the workout of choice for many professional athletes and olympians over the last 20 years —including the NHL’s Montreal Canadiens, and athletes in: football, basketball, hockey, speed skating, figure skating, gymnastics, squash, volleyball, skiing, diving and swimming.
The purpose of this 6-week customized training program is to stretch, strengthen and rebalance the full muscular structure of your body while lubricating the connective tissue, to leave you more flexible and agile. Essentrics prepares your body to both withstand the maximum demands of your sport and to rebound injury-free from unexpected twists, turns and stresses.
This 6-week customized program is accessible to all types of athletes and strength training enthusiasts at all ages to help with flexibility, strength, agility, power, speed, range of motion, injury prevention, rebounding from injuries, reducing scar tissue, and rebalancing the full body.

PROGRAM DETAILS
We will begin with a 60-minute introductory session where I will take you through a 30-minute in-person essentrics workout to get to know your body, and then pick your brain for another 30 minutes to understand your current objectives/limitations within your sport, as we clarify the outcomes you want to achieve for yourself during our program together.
I will then craft a 6-week customized essentrics program for you where we will meet once, twice, or three times per week over a series of six consecutive weeks (class frequency will depend on what I feel best suits your objectives).
Our class sessions will each be 60 minutes in length, and will be held either virtually, or in-person at your home/gym/nearest outdoor space (I encourage being in nature as much as possible!) in Toronto or the GTA.
Being an athlete, you know that consistency is key! And showing up with discipline for your workouts only contributes to enhancing your overall performance and having the greatest opportunity to experience the results you seek.

PRICING:
A $120 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your 60-minute introductory session, which will then be applied towards your full program fee once we determine which program option will serve you and your needs best:

6-Weeks @ Two Sessions Per Week
($1200 tax incl.)

The details above are specific to one-on-one training, however I also facilitate group training for sports teams at a separate rate.
